Chisun Hotel Hiroshima

Room had a cool vibe, but the bathroom was super tiny.

Very clean and comfortable. Brilliant location outside the tram stop. 5 min from bomb done and memorial park

We broke the key card so payed for it at the time. However on check out they tried charging us again, which we refused and it caused a small argument.

The hotel was excellent. We like everything, but we stayed only one night on our trip through Japan.

Room was definitely on the smaller side. With two medium-sized suitcases, maneuvering was a challenge. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, barely allowing space for one person at a time.

The hall stinks of smoke and is unwelcoming the staff always answers no to any question there was a wall 1m away from my window

Very comfortable room with all facilities. Although there is no staff, It was very interesting the idea of "self-service". Computer in the room.

It was a little confusing to find the key box when we got there. It was written in traditional japanese that the code to get the key was my telephone number. Due to the high number of guests, It would be interesting to write every instructions in english too. The location is a little far from Kyoto station.

Visiting Hiroshima's notable sites, with easy access to trams and buses. The staff's hospitality left a positive impression, especially their assistance when a member of my party fell ill. The room was quite small , made moving around challenging.

The nature of the staff's abruptness was astounding, especially since I expected red-carpet treatment. I nearly gave a good review until I encountered fingers smeared on the wall. It's clear that cleanliness isn't a priority at this hotel.

Really nice building and spotless and budget rooms for the queen size bed. Relatively cheap and delicious breakfasts, with Western options, Japanese taste and Japanese dishes.

Not very nice views.

It boasts great location next to the city center and main train station as well as the store. A special thanks to lovely staff.

Stayed at chisun hotel for 2 nights and loved the good location. It's a short walk from the train station, and many attractions are nearby. The polite staff were really nice by lending us umbrellas during the rain, super helpful. The hotel has a washer/drier for just $4.

I loved how the hotel had a super convenient self-check-in system, made things quick and easy. Plus, they offer relaxing massage options like aromatherapy and deep tissue, perfect after a day of exploring. The only downside was the room felt a bit cramped, but for the price, it was still a solid deal 😊

No issues, meets expectations. The cleaning staff maintained excellent hygiene, with slippers replaced daily and convenient free amenities in the lobby.

Great free Wi-Fi in rooms, and they have 24-hour reception. Room felt tight.
